This is a 1st shift position. (7am-3:30pm) with overtime required per business need.
Coordinates the production activities for filling and packaging lines. Operates filling and packaging equipment. Receives direction from Team/Group Leader on production plan. This position requires Aseptic Gowning certification (where applicable), QC certification, ERPLx certification, Visual Inspection certification, and Line Clearance/LOTO certification. Evaluates quality issues with the quality representative. Assumes responsibility for the GMP, ISO, environmental health and safety procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area. Participates in improvements for material variance, quality indicators, and line efficiencies. Provides feedback to team/group leaders regarding associate performance and behaviors.
Manage all aspects of Consumer Health & Lens Care sales finance activities. This includes the Coop Promotions Module, the Broker commission system, new vendor set up, invoice processing, and vendor contract coordination.
As part of the Contract Operations & Government Pricing Team, this position will provide administration & analytical support for Rebate Processing and Contracting activities.
The Strategic Account Manager position contributes to Bausch + Lomb Consumer’s success by profitably achieving sales quota and driving share growth. This is accomplished by working with the cross functional team to develop and execute a customer specific business plan. Account Management, Trade Fund Management, Promotional Planning, Internal Reporting and Administration are all key aspects of the job.
This role requires previous strategic account experience with Walmart. This role is located in Rogers, Arkansas at the Bausch + Lomb Consumer Healthcare team office, and the Strategic Account Manager will manage $160MM in shipments annually. This person will also manage a sizable trade/co-op budget to support partnership with Walmart.

The Manager of Strategic Alliances will be responsible for supporting the ongoing activities with Salix global partners and alliances. The person will support cross-functional program teams to engage interactions with global partners towards successful outcomes through joint steering committees and internal project management.
Project lead and management for CRC (Customer Service) driven initiatives to ensure key systems and processes are in place and functioning while providing recommendations and expertise that drives excellent customer experiences

Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment ensuring target line rates are met. Performs initial troubleshooting and diagnose operational issues. Assist other resources when highly technical issues are addressed.

Assist with special projects and validation projects for the Packaging Department. This includes identifying areas of improvements and supporting the Engineering and Maintenance Departments.
Must be able to work 8:30am to 5:00pm. Sometimes off shift to support special projects and validation activities.
