The Manager, Sales Force Analytics will be responsible for developing and producing timely and accurate business reports for Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care business. This person will combine internal sales data with syndicated data sources to take ownership of key reports in the day to day operations of the business.  Additionally, the Manager, Sales Force Analytics provides analytical support and insights for the Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) for Vision Care Field Force such as quota attainment, rankings, contest achievement and other key sales force effectiveness metrics.

Person in this position will support to incentive compensation and related operations for one, or two, of the Valeant business units (BU). She/he will be providing primary operational support for the BU.

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Creation of quarterly quotas at the territory, district and region level, based on company’s national forecasts and strategy
  • Creation of the monthly scorecards to track sales team performance from national down to the territory level
  • Creation of the quarterly payouts files for payroll department
  • Creation of quarterly sign-off documents and related insights for the review by BU heads
  • Analytical support of Incentive Compensation (IC) issues
  • Use of programming software to create support IC processes
  • Data management for staging of reporting data in support of reports related to IC
