The Manager, Market and Business Analytics will be responsible for developing and producing timely and accurate business reports for Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care business. This person will combine internal sales data with syndicated data sources to take ownership of key reports in the day to day operations of the business. Additionally, the Manager, Market and Business Analytics will provide analytical support and insights for the marketing team and other commercial stakeholders in order to help make better business decisions.
The candidate needs to have the ability to develop and analyze data to make insights and recommendations. They are expected to maintain an in depth knowledge of the category, the customers and competition. The ideal candidate will work cross functionally as needed to assist in commercial support of Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care business objectives by developing a close working relationship with all functional stakeholders (includes Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Training, and Finance). This position is expected to foster a mastery of analytical techniques to support business inquiry for someone who can work in a ‘hands-on’ analytics capacity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position will be based in Bridgewater, NJ area and some occasional domestic travel may be required.

This position is part of the R&D team with responsibility for the design, development, improvement, validation and launch of Surgical device products. It is located in Clearwater, FL and reports to the Clearwater Director of R&D.
Primary objective is to provide research and development in process and product engineering to include: development of new intraocular lenses; development of new technology for production, product testing, and inspection processes; and validations for new products, manufacturing equipment, and manufacturing processes.

The Senior Director of Advertising & Promotion prescription drug products manages and, if required participates in, the reviews and approvals of advertising and promotional labeling pieces for prescription drugs. The Senior Director is responsible for ensuring the pieces are in compliance with regulatory agencies requirements
