Job Title: Distribution Associate I
Hours: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm / Over Time as scheduled
2nd shift Lens (3:30 PM-11:30PM) (overtime as scheduled)
Responsible for training all employees in the areas of picking, packing, shipping of domestic and international order processes in accordance with all related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Train all revisions to SOPs of related tasks as necessary. Additionally, responsibility could include training employees, could include training employees in the areas of replenishment, receiving, and put-away of product in accordance with SOPs as needed. This position will be required to periodically attend a Train-the-Trainer course. Employee must work all assigned hours and may also be required to perform other duties as directed.
This position will oversee the day to day operations required to support global network and voice operations including corporate headquarters, branch offices and manufacturing facilities. Utilizing managed service providers and internal resource, this role will be responsible for developing communication plans for coordinating site outages and maintenance work.
This position will be responsible for assisting with the technical design, planning, implementation, trouble-shooting and performance management of the network and voice environments to support mission critical enterprise systems and sites. They serve as a technical expert for complex technology solutions such as Routing, Switching, WAN/LAN, Ingress/Egress, Wireless, VoIP, and provider connectivity for corporate offices and remote/branch sites as well as remote workers. Technologies include but are not limited to DMZ, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and VoIP communications as well as mobile device solutions and carriers.
This position will act as a key strategic advisor to the IT team, key stakeholders and end users. Other duties include assisting project teams with technical issues and solution, as well as technical analysis and design and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.
This individual should be and self-motivated and capable of working both independently as well as part of a team.

This position is focused on executing a marketing plan to support sales to HCPs and drive consumer interest. The role will include developing materials for the sales force as well as consumer and physician marketing materials. It will include new product launch marketing and development of existing brands. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC and will report to the Solta Senior Director, Marketing.
Conducts chemical and physical tests on chemical raw materials, in-process and finished products using qualitative and quantitative techniques. Maintains and orders laboratory supplies. Oversees testing performed by outside laboratories. Perform standardizations and calibrations. Compliance with all applicable procedures and practices to include SOP’s, Division specs, safety, ISO and GMP regulations.

Our Territory Managers are responsible for conducting sales calls with eye doctors (optometrists, ophthalmologists) and other optical specialists to promote our contact lenses and contact lens solutions using consultative selling approach. This includes private/independent doctors as well as retail optical establishments. Territory Managers develop and maintain effective routing and zoning plans for their territory, develop and implement account specific programs and business plans, and are strategic agents to the expansion of Bausch + Lomb product utilization in an account and portfolio selling.

Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment is running efficiently at target line rates while minimizing downtime and line reject. Creates and monitors predictive maintenance system. Identifies improvements and modifications to ensure standardization in addition to reducing mean time between failure and mean time to repair.
The assurance of quality product and batch records from the manufacturing departments. Evaluates quality issues with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
Job Title: Distribution Lead
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM with overtime as scheduled.
The Distribution Lead is responsible for executing a variety of distribution and inventory functions as pertains to the shift operational functions. Employee must work all assigned hours and may also be required to perform other duties as directed by the supervisor and/or group leader.
The purpose of the Packaging Machine Specialist position is to set-up, changeover, make mechanical adjustments and repairs to packaging machinery and/or equipment in the Packaging Department and Form Fill and Seal packaging area.
