The Returns and Complaints role is responsible for the appropriate recording and processing of all returns and complaints within the surgical product line.
Customer Support: Interact and correspond with external and internal customers to research and resolve complex issues.
High School diploma required –AA/Bachelors Degree
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with researching and resolving customer issues.
Experience in Returns and Complaint handling
Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills along with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Great Communication skills required
