    We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in using technical compensation and benefits skills to meaningfully impact business objectives. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Equity. Responsible for the administration, support and delivery of Total Rewards programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employees.


    • Administer compensation programs, including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan – confirming eligibility, developing and delivering communications, vendor management, and coordination with payroll for purchase activities.
    • Support annual compensation cycle including partnering with HR business partners throughout the process, coordinating merit review, annual incentive program payments, equity award grants, and related communications and training.
    • Evaluate job content to determine grade, title, pay, and FLSA exemption status based on job analyses, internal equity, and market benchmarking.
    • Support activities associated with day to day benefit operations, including leave administration and open enrollment.
    • Participate in compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys, analyze results, and develop recommendations for review by management.
    • Research, collect, and analyze data for compensation & benefits decision making purposes.
    • Support Total Rewards team with ad hoc projects.


    Bachelor degree required. Three to five years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation and/or benefits programs.  Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.




    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
    • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required, with exceptional logical thought processes and deductive reasoning ability.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues.
    • Effective verbal and written skills with strong customer focus.
    • Ability to organize, set priorities, and complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
