The Benefits Manager manages, administers, develops, implements, maintains, and evaluates the U.S. benefit programs offered to all active, terminated, and retired employees. Responsible for ensuring programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements and the provisions of Plan Documents, and are competitive. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 -7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Five to seven years of experience specializing in employee benefits. Experience should include exposure to the following benefit programs: medical, prescription, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, life insurance, short and long term disability, EAP, and 401(k).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field of study preferred.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees, and their family members. Must be able to coordinate communication between multiple parties.
