Manage/supervise/coordinate the overall operation, maintenance and security of facilities and equipment in location which includes both corporate offices and a manufacturing facility.


Employee Health and Safety:

  • Work with local agencies to ensure all permits are in proper order
  • Safety awareness and training
  • Proper Hazardous waste handling and removal
  • Health and safety audits
  • Safety inspections
  • Manage all EHS&S responsibilities for Irvine employees
  • Support Leader for Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity situations


Building Support:

  • Project Manager for building consolidations
  • Manager of any building construction and enhancements
  • MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Purchasing for Facility


Manages relationship with Landlord:

  • Maintenance, Building enhancements
  • Rent


Day to Day Support for employees/management:     

  • Resolve Apprentice level Plumbing issues
  • Lighting Maintenance, HVAC requests
  • Plan site functions
  • Receive and schedule set up for large meetings
  • Serve as Back up receptionist



  • Security access configuration and maintenance
  • First line of support in an emergency


Budget adherence and Supplier/Vendor Management:

  • Negotiation of Terms and Conditions
  • Payment review, approval and processing for Suppliers and Agencies


• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related education and experience required.
• Must have 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing.
• In-depth understanding of building facilities management.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Strong contract and vendor management skills.
• Reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Project management skills and abilities.
• Strong communication/customer service skills.
• Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• On call 24/7 for building emergencies (including, but not limited to
