Overview

This position is responsible for facilitation of payments for Medicaid, Tricare and CGDP, and support PHS 340B Contracts & Membership.

This role will work with the Gov't Pricing and Contract Operations leaders and team members to insure administrative compliance is maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Medicaid claims processing team to track and process all quarterly state Medicaid claims for payment.
  • Lead the quarterly Tricare and CGDP rebate payment cycles to insure all data/invoice deliverables are received and payment deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with GTN leads to provide necessary quarterly rebate utilization data for accruals. Assist in providing analytical support on utilization trends.
  • This individual will assist Director, Contract Compliance with Medicaid calculation and filing activities to include an ongoing Bona Fide Service Fee review and inventory maintenance; pricing analysis as required and Best Price look back process.
  • Manage review of PHS 340B non-compliance disclosure letters from covered entities.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers, employees, contractors and auditors. Ensure compliance with Valeant Pharmaceuticals contracting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience or Bachelors Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with Government Contract administration within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Interested candidates must possess high ethical standards, strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented with good analytical skills and must be flexible to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior management and external customers.
  • Experience with Revitas Flex Gov't Pricing preferred.
  • Ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas.
  • Able to think strategically and work independently to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation and sense of urgency.
