The Pricing Administrator 1 will be responsible for all pricing changes, reporting, pricing documentation control.
Enter and maintain customer pricing in system. Maintain process to ensure price approval process is in accordance with B&L Surgical pricing guidelines. Implement auditable, orderly documentation/control process for all price changes.
Responsible for entering all pricing requests in the system and ensures that all pricing approvals are secured and that each pricing request conforms with the B&L Surgical Pricing Parameters.
Perform pricing analysis in developing custom prices quotes and renewal Quotes for sales opportunities. Support for the Corporate Accounts group with regards to sales reporting
Responsible for maintaining and administering individual customer specific contracts.
Works with the Surgical Salesforce and Customer Service Reps in resolving customer pricing issues.
Provide as Back up for evaluation requests and other projects as assigned.
Requires understanding of contract language, business negotiations and basic financial analysis. Strong PC skills with a high degree of accuracy. Bachelors Degree Preferred
Minimum 3 years office experience, working in a professional customer service, sales or marketing function. Have strong communication skills and be able to operate numerous Microsoft Applications.
