Provide plant product costing, variance, inventory and spend reporting and analysis for the equipment and consumable value streams. Perform month end close and reporting activities for the Clearwater and Unilens manufacturing plants.


Budget and forecast generation, standard cost generation, production and variance analysis, account reconciliations, monthly close activities, capital authorization requests authorization and project spending requests for the applicable Value Streams at the plants.



Scope of position:

Support the Clearwater and Unilens plants that produce Intraocular Lens, Inserters and Optima Toric and Custom Lenses


Key relationships:

This position will work closely with the site management teams and engineers to provide product cost support and analysis of plant cost activities for the plant value streams.


Four year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA/CMA/Master's Degree a plus. Proficient in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications. Ideal candidate will have experience with ERPLx/BPCS, PeopleSoft ERP applications and HFM systems.



1+ year of manufacturing cost accounting experience in a process/job costing environment required. Good analytical skills regarding manufacturing variances, inventory accounting, cash flow, capital project reporting and financial analysis essential.
