Work in a team environment within Brand and Finance departments • Demonstrated organization, planning, and critical thinking skills that result in seamless execution • Strong collaboration skills and ability to integrate with team • Ability to multitask and manage several large efforts at once • Customer service focus • Budget/financial experience preferred

  • Prepare and submit dockets to Legal/Compliance • Prepare and submit documents/forms to support contracts (CAFs) and Purchase Orders (POs). • Obtain and track Purchase Order (PO) numbers related to activities, jobs and projects. • Process and track invoices and payments, providing weekly team updatesAssist in monthly accrual process
  • Reconcile all department purchase orders
  • Process Expense reports in Concur



Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required • 3-5 years’ experience in administrative, or sales/marketing coordinator role • Advanced Microsoft office capabilities/knowledge; functional with Excel

Experience with Peoplesoft
