Responsible for analyzing, presenting, maintaining, and preparing of Contract Solicitations for the Retail class of trade. Familiar with Bausch & Lomb product line and has the ability to identify and communicate the information needs related to implementing and administering proposed contracts. This position requires the ability to recognize potential problems and develop appropriate solutions and recommendations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reconciliation and payments of Program Rebates and Admin Fees. Support of Manager of Contracts, National Account Managers, Multisource Product Managers, Director of Finance and Finance Team.
Develops models for contract evaluation, using historical data and class of trade comparison. Performs effective cost benefit analysis. Ability tomanage mutiple complex issues related to contract evaluation and present a thorough and organized analysis.
Manage process, reconciliation and payment of Program rebates and admin fees. Calculate, verify and implement monthly and quarterly deliverables through the CARS/IS system and manual process.
Maintain product and pricing verification in PRISM and CARS/IS Contract system. Communicate all current contracts and awards to the Contracts Team, National Account Managers, Multisource Product Managers, Finance and Customer Service.
Coordinate and implement Wholesaler notifications of Contract Awards and changes. Work with and update group memberships to keep the CARS/IS system as current as possible. Communicate all current changes and modifications to membership lists and establish working relationship with wholesalers, professional providers, and health plan providers for membership evaluation and verification.
Support of Manager of Contracts, National Account Managers, Multisource Product Managers, Director of Finance and Finance Team.
AS degree or higher, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or customer related industry. 3-5 years in commercial analytic or supervisory position within the healthcare or customer service area.
Microsoft Office, AS400, Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentations), multi-tasking.
